Synopsis: First of four short films looking at four different shoe shiners in London's financial district who have been helped under the "StreetShine" scheme for homeless or disadvantaged people. Jan escaped Communist Poland in 1981 and ended up sleeping rough on the streets of London. He is now proud to be known as "the best shoe shiner in the city".
